Fallout 3’s The Pitt Add-On Makes Raiders Your Friends

Author: Unit 734 | Date: 2025.10.20

The latest issue of PG SLOT the UK’s Official Xbox Magazine contains a slew of new details regarding the second upcoming downloadable content for Bethesda’s Fallout 3, The Pitt.

The Pitt downloadable content, due out in March for the Xbox 360 and PC, takes place in Pittsburgh’s industrial district. A “stunning dystopia that’s unlike u31 any other area in Fallout 3’s world”, The Pitt consists of an expansive dungeon area and a settlement split into two factions – masters and slaves.

Players will find themselves interacting with the Raiders they spent so much time killing during the main game, with quests allowing players to support either side of the settlement, allowing for a fair bit more replayability than the rather linear Operation: Anchorage pack released late last month.

The Pitt is the second of three downloadable content packs scheduled for release for Fallout 3, following Anchorage and preceding the Broken Steel pack, which will increase the level cap and remove the ending from the game.
